R3F0RM was born from pain, healing, and the deep desire to help others rebuild their lives—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

When I was 17, I lost my mom after four years of watching her fight breast cancer. Growing up with a sick parent meant I had to grow up fast—and so did my sisters. We were thrown into adulthood early, coping with grief, fear, and responsibility far too young. For years, it felt like we were just surviving. There was no guidebook—only darkness, uncertainty, and trying to hold everything together.

That instability shaped me. I struggled with consistency, self-worth, and emotional regulation. Anxiety and depression became constant companions. But deep down, I knew I didn’t want to stay stuck in survival mode. I wanted to rebuild my life into something strong, grounded, and meaningful.

So I did the work. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve committed myself to therapy, coaching, books, courses, health & fitness, and personal growth. I studied movement, mindset, psychology, and behavior change. I created structure where there was once chaos. And I learned how to take care of myself in a way that built true resilience—not just for me, but so I could help others do the same.

That’s what R3F0RM is. It’s not just a fitness program—it’s a framework for rebuilding your life from the inside out. As a certified personal trainer and mindset coach, I guide clients through strength training, daily accountability, mental health practices, and lifestyle routines that stick. It’s for people who feel lost, burnt out, or broken—and are ready to reclaim their strength and rebuild with intention.

This isn’t just about me. This isn’t just about starting a business or building another brand.

It’s about my sisters. It’s about my mom. It’s about my nieces, my friends, my community.

It’s about helping the people I love—and people like them—find their way out of survival mode and into something stronger. Something sustainable. Something whole.

Not long after my mom lost her hair during treatment, she wrote herself a note and taped it to her bathroom mirror. It was something to hold onto—something to give her strength when she needed it most:

“I CAN AND I WILL. I’M WORTH IT.”

I have that note framed. I look at it every single day. I honor her fight, and I will keep her light burning.

So for those who feel stuck. Who feel weak. Who feel powerless. Let me remind you:

YOU CAN AND YOU WILL. YOU’RE WORTH IT.

You’re not stuck. You’re rebuilding.

This is R3F0RM.
